1. Is my Unnifi device under warranty?

Yes! UnnifiData offers a full one-year (1) replacement warranty from your original purchase date.

2. Can I customize my Unnifi device SSID/ login password according to my preference?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do that on the Unnifi device itself. However, you can customize your login on the Mobile App (put link for mobile app here). Please contact a Customer Experience Advisor on ask@unnifidata.com for assistance.

3. Do you provide rental service?

UnnifiData provides different rental options designed to suit all our customers’ needs. Our Customer Experience Advisor will be happy to help you with that. Simply send over your requirements to ask@unnifidata.com.

4. What is the connectivity distance between my Unnifi and other devices?

We suggest that a maximum distance of five (5) metres (16ft) be observed to ensure an optimal connection to the Unnifi device.

5. Is there a user guide to help me set up my Unnifi device?

Of course! Although setting up your Unnifi is as easy as it gets, here is a step-to-step guide on how to get started.

6. Are non-4G mobile devices compatible with my Unnifi?

Yes, any device(s) that connects to Wi-Fi can easily use the Unnifi.

7. How can I troubleshoot if I face any issues with the Unnifi device?

Firstly, please check your Unnifi Mobile App to ensure sufficient data is available and that your device is powered on and connected to a Network. Secondly, double-check that you successfully connected your personal device (laptop, mobile phone, tablet etc.) to the Unnifi. If the issues persist, please proceed to contact a Customer Experience Advisor on ask@unnifidata.com for assistance.

8. Do you provide a Pick-Up service?

Outside of Singapore, we deliver worldwide via secure and fully insured couriers. Within Singapore, there is a range of delivery options. If you’d like to know more, please contact our Customer Experience Advisor on ask@unnifidata.com for assistance.

9. What does “Data that never expires” mean?

It means exactly that! You no longer have to worry about your data expiring within 30 days of purchase if you don’t use it - our pre-paid data does not have an expiry date and will be ready for you the next time you attempt to use your Unnifi.

10. How fast is the data flow on Unnifi?

In almost all 100+ countries we operate in, you’ll be able to enjoy fast speed 4G data. However, in relatively remote areas your Unnifi device might alternate between 3G & 4G speeds.

11. Do you support 5G?

Currently, we do not offer 5G speeds on the Unnifi device. However, any device that is 5G capable will be backwardly compatible with 4G/3G and can be easily connected to your Unnifi.

12. Why do I need to carry a separate device to my mobile phone?

At UnnifiData, we use Cloud-SIM technology to provide data flow to other devices (i.e. laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, mobile phones). Having an independent data flow source is essential as it provides excellent redundancy and security - especially when traversing the enhanced screening environments at airports – and allows you to access your personal details whenever and wherever required.

13. What data plans do you provide?

We provide pre- and post-paid data plans for both individual customers and companies. Our pre-paid plans are available here. For corporate and rental enquiries, please contact our Customer Experience Advisor on ask@unnifidata.com with your requirements.

14. How can I minimise my rate of data consumption?

We suggest that you turn off automatic updates on any of your connected devices and that you enable the minimise data capability option on your mobile since your Unnifi already acts as a Wi-Fi device. You can also monitor your data consumption through our Unnifi Mobile App and if there are any concerns you have, please contact a Customer Experience Advisor on ask@unnifidata.com for assistance.

15. What is the individual price per GB in different countries?

We place great emphasis on providing our customers with a fixed price per GB to protect you from ‘bill shock’ that often occurs when roaming. You can check out the price list of data price in different countries here. Wherever you go, rest assured that your Unnifi will provide with data that never expires at amazing prices!

16. How long will my order take to ship?

Within Asia 3-5 days, Europe and Americas 2-3 weeks. Please note that due to COVID delivery times are delayed.
